Do I need a saltwater fishing license to fish from the Pier?

No, you don’t need to purchase a fishing license. We pay all State and County permits and fees that entitle you to fish from the Pier with your paid admission. 

How much does it cost to fish?

  • With your own rod a one day fishing pass is $3 admission and $10 per rod ($13 one person, one rod).
  • Rod rentals are $26 per day (with a $30 security deposit, admission and fishing pass included).
  • Crab nets are $12.99 each for purchase ($3 admission and $10 fishing pass).
  • King Mackerel fishing pass is $20 per day with your proper set up (3 rods only).
  • Walkers Pass is $3.00. All persons on the pier must have an arm band.

What bait do you carry?

We typically carry the following: Mullet (cut and fingers), Shrimp, Squid, Live Bloodworms, Artificial Bloodworms and Chicken Necks (crab bait).

What is your fishing season?

We are open year round (check with pier for specific hours in the offseason).

What hours are you open?

We are now open from 6am to 11pm 7 days a week. Hours are subject to change with the seasons, so please call 843-249-1625 for more information.

Where can I park?

We offer free parking on the 2nd floor of the parking garage across the street. Additional Pier parking is located in the paid parking lot just north of the pier.
